Electricity Prices
The information provided in this section is collected and published by the MED Energy Information and Modelling Group. Price information for the residential sector in published on a quarterly basis though a survey of tariffs, and similarly information for small business customers is produced annually. Historic national average electricity prices for the residential, commercial and industrial sectors are produced annually based on actual sales for the year ending March.

This information is produced to summarise relative movements in the price of electricity for use by policy makers, industry players and other interested parties.
