Expanding a Business
Whether expanding locally or internationally, the Ministry aims to create a business environment that makes it easy for businesses to grow.
We work with agencies such as MFAT and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise to facilitate connections between local firms and markets overseas and others including Investment New Zealand, MFAT, and NZTE attract foreign direct investment.
Domestically, we advise on issues affecting management and business capability at the firm level. This includes the design, implementation and ongoing operation of business development programmes delivered through New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.
