Building Business Capability

New Zealand's economic development depends on the performance of its businesses. Particular focus areas are the capabilities firms require to sucessfully innovate, access finance, export and grow.

Our Firm Capability Team is responsible for the design of firm-level programmes aimed at building management and business capability. It works closely with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise inthe implementation of these programmes.
