From 2 April 2007, all Regulatory Impact Statements (RISs) must be published on the responsible agency's website and a link to it published on this dedicated area of the Ministry of Economic Development website.

Agencies must ensure that they send their relevant agency website reference for the RIS, along with the electronic version of the RIS, to ris@med.govt.nz once approval for publication has been given.
