Formation of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise
On 1 July 2003, Industry New Zealand and Trade New Zealand were merged into a new entity New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE). A suite of 6 Cabinet Papers were prepared on the detailed service content and delivery of NZTE.

Industry NZ Establishment
The Government has introduced legislation that establishes a new Crown entity to be called Industry NZ.
