The IPONZ website allows you to search the patent, trade mark and design databases, renew your patent, trade mark or design online, and file trade mark applications and non-fee bearing correspondence. The information library contains all forms, fees, publications, pamphlets, help guides and hearings decisions. The monthly Journal is also available online and a self service section is provided on the site to assist you in finding the information you need.
