The Minister of Commerce, the Hon Pete Hodgson, has released the submissions under the Official Information Act. Please note that four paragraphs of page 4 of the submission made by St Laurence Property and Finance Ltd have been deleted from the online copy under section 9(2)(b)(ii) of the Official Information Act. The reason for this deletion is that it is necessary to protect information where the making available of the information would be likely to unreasonably prejudice the commercial position of the person who has provided and who is the subject of the information.
