Graph 4, above, shows the daily importer margin for diesel for 2008. It follows the same structure as Graph 2, with the importer costs sourced from Hale & Twomey's Fuel Price Monitor. Hale & Twomey use industry standard pricing benchmarks to build up the importer cost.
