To work for us you must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, or hold a valid New Zealand work permit. If you are an international student and currently hold a study visa, any offer of employment is conditional on you gaining and maintaining a valid work permit or permanent New Zealand residency.
You will also need to pass and maintain a security clearance as some of the work we do is commercially sensitive.
The Application Process
Applications for our 2010 Graduate Programme are now closed.
Initial Assessment
Once we have shortlisted applicants we will then be inviting candiates to complete an online assessment.
On-Campus Interview
Applicants will then attend an on-campus interview. This interview will primarily consist of questions about your academic background and work experience, and give you some further knowledge of the work that we do.
Assessment Centre
Selected candidates will then be invited to attend an assessment centre for a day at our head office in Wellington. This is likely to involve an interview, a written exercise, and a group exercise. You will also have the opportunity to talk to some of our recent graduates about what it's like to work here.
Offer of Employment
Following the assessment centre we will then contact referees for selected candidates. Preferred candidates will be made a verbal offer of employment followed by a written offer of employment, subject to obtaining a satisfactory security clearance and verification of your academic record.
