- Schedule 3 Investigation into Regulation of Mobile Termination
On 1 May 2006, the Minister of Communications released the Commerce Commission's Reconsideration Final Report on Mobile Termination Rates. Before deciding whether to accept, reject or ask the Commission to reconsider its Report, the Minister has invited written submissions on any new matters raised by the report that were not the subject of previous submissions to the Commission. The closing date for submissions is 22 May 2006.
- Telecommunications Relay Service: Stakeholder Review
Cabinet agreed that the Relay Service would be reviewed one year after its implementation and that the outcomes of this review would be reported to the Minister of Communications and the Minister for Disability Issues. The closing date for submissions was 14 March 2006.
