Welcome to the website of the Ministerial Inquiry into the Electricity Industry.
The Inquiry is now under way and the Inquiry members have been appointed. Background on the members is included in the material on the website.
This is a challenging task for us. We want to ensure that those who wish to keep up-to-date with our work, and with public announcements and material as it becomes available, have the electronic means to do this.
The website is a very good opportunity for us to provide information to you quickly and economically.
We intend putting all public notices, reports and news releases generated by the Inquiry onto the website, leading up to our report to the Minister.
Once the Inquiry reports to the Minister, the decision on the publication of the report rests with the Minister.
