Summary of the Investigation

Material Injury

Because injury was fully considered by the last review, this reassessment considered injury only to the extent of considering whether injury could be remedied through a duty at less than the margin of dumping.

Dumping

The investigation found dumping with margins ranging from de minimis to 48 percent.
