:Original Determination:19 December 1995

Reassessments:1 February 2000
Effective Date of Cessation of Anti-Dumping Duties
(Section 14(9) "Sunset" Date)
19 December 2000

Details of Cessation

No request was recieved for the initiation of a review of the continued need for the imposition of anti-dumping duties prior to the "sunset" date shown above.   Similarly, there was no reason for the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development to initiate such a review on his own initiative.

This determination has therefore now ceased to apply due to the action of section 14(9) of the Dumping and countervailing Duties Act 1988.
