Electricity Governance Regulations 2003

The Electricity Governance Regulations 2003 provide for the monitoring and enforcement of the Electricity Governance Rules made by the Minister under section 172H of the Electricity Act, and include provisions relating to participation in the industry, service providers, undesirable trading situations, breaches of regulations and rules, proceedings of the rulings panel, and Comalco agreements.
