Energy Greenhouse Gas Emissions 1990-1995
This annually-updated publication provides detailed inventory information on human made emissions of carbon dioxide, methane, oxides of nitrogen and carbon monoxide from New Zealand's energy sources. Also included are estimates of carbon dioxide emissions from chemical processes used in industry, to provide an estimate of total national gross carbon dioxide emissions. The inventory has a base year of 1990.
This edition has an expanded summary section and a section briefly outlining New Zealand's greenhouse gas emissions from all sources.

Update to 1994, with the method and coverage improved from the two previous reports. The method follows Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) guidelines except where more accurate New Zealand specific information is available.
