The Insolvency and Trustee Service (ITS) administers personal bankruptcies and certain company liquidations, expediting a fresh start for involved parties and bringing finality to the insolvency process.
ITS provides an electronic database available to the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access the Insolvency and Trustee Service website and use any of the online services listed below:
Search for information on:
- Bankruptcies and company liquidations administered by ITS
- Adjudication/liquidation orders by court
- Date of adjudication or discharge
Register online claims:
- Register a claim against an insolvency administered by ITS
- Access asset, claim and case information about an insolvency
- View creditors reports for an insolvency
- Maintain a portfolio, modify and manage your claims online
