Author Ministerial Panel on Business Compliance Costs

In December 2001, the government responded to the Panel's Recommendations, publishing Striking the Balance. 131 of the Panel's Recommendations were either "Agreed", "Agreed in Part", or "Agreed in Principle". The following report-back document indicates the current status of these Recommendations (i.e. "Implemented", "Implementation in Progress", "Not Implemented") and provides an agency comment in relation to each.
