The July 2002 edition of the Policy Guide was partially superseded by the Mandatory Rules for Procurement by Departments. This interim revision is being issued on an interim basis to reflect policies in place as at 1 July 2007, pending a new edition to reflect implementation of the Government's recent decisions on a single government procurement policy, incorporating sustainability.
