Short Description
Pursuant to the Telecommunications Act, the Minister must indicate the parts of Telecom's Separation Plan that require amendment.
In accordance with Section 69K of the Telecommunications Act, if the Minister declines to approve the amended separation plan, the Minister must indicate the parts of the separation plan that require amendment and direct Telecom to prepare and submit, in consultation with the Minister, a further amended separation plan within 15 working days.
