Telecom's Amended Separation Plan was submitted to the Minister on 19 December 2007.
Telecom provided its Amended Separation Plan to the Minister of Communications and Information Technology on 19 December 2007, including:
- Telecom Separation Plan - an introduction to Telecom's undertakings
- Telecom Separation Undertakings
- Summary of Amendments to Telecom's Draft Seapartion Plan as a Result of Public Comments
Submissions
All interested persons are invited to give written comments on the Amended Separation Plan to the Ministry of Economic Development. Submissions should take into account the Minister's Amending Determination.
