Short Description
Latest news on the Renewal of Licences Suitable for AM/FM Radio Broadcasting project.
Engineering assessment of the new AM/FM broadcasting licences is nearly completed, and the Ministry is close to finalising the 2011 FM broadcasting band plan. The outcome of this work will be published early in 2007.
The Ministry will commence the calculation of offer prices for the new licences shortly, with the intention of making offers to licence-holders around March 2007.
