Description of Goods

Household fully automatic washing machines with a dry linen capacity not exceeding 10 kg, the capacity determined by standard AS/NZS 2040.

Country of Origin

Korea.

History of Determination

* Date on which anti-dumping duties will cease to apply unless a review has been initiated prior to the date specified.

Details of Cessation

No request was received for the initiation of a review of the continued need for the imposition of anti-dumping duties prior to the "sunset" date shown above. Similarly, there was no reason for the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Economic Development to initiate such a review on his own initiative.

Anti-dumping duties therefore ceased to apply from 10 June 2006 due to the action of section 14(9) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988.
