Conclusion
This review is concerned principally with the application of the bankruptcy administration regime to individual debtors. Its purpose is to consider the impact of bankruptcy administration on the stakeholders, and propose ways to minimise that impact. The review takes into account the changing attributes of a typical debtor in proposing a simple regime that aims to maximises returns to creditors and enable individuals in bankruptcy to again participate fully in the economic life of the community.
