42. Regulated parties will be notified as soon as practicable of the decisions taken regarding the design of the levy regulations and the timing and details of invoicing processes. This will include the funding to be recovered by levy for 2008/09, but announcements on levy rates for 2009/10 will not be made until after the budget.
