The Commerce Commission; the Department of Internal Affairs; the Ministry of Consumer Affairs; the Ministry for Culture and Heritage; the Ministry of Economic Development; the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade; the Ministry of Justice; the New Zealand Police, and the Treasury have been consulted in the development of this paper. The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and Te Puni Kōkiri have been informed. In addition to government departments, the Law Commission has been consulted and its suggestions have been incorporated into this paper.
