Statement of Contingent Liabilities as at 30 June 2007
Quantifiable contingent liabilities of the Ministry are $150,000 for 2006/07 ($150,000, 2005/06).
The 2005/06 and 2006/07 amount is for a Trade Remedies Judicial Review arising from the Ministry's application of the legislation relating to anti-dumping duties and investigations.
This statement is to be read in conjunction with the Statement of Accounting Policies and Notes to the Financial Statements.
