Regulatory Impact Analysis
76. The Ministry of Economic Development confirms that the principles of the Code of Good Regulatory Practice and the regulatory impact analysis (RIA) requirements, including the consultation RIA requirements, have been complied with. An aggregated Regulatory Impact Statement was prepared and the MED considers the analysis and the RIS to be adequate. The final RIS was circulated with the Cabinet paper for departmental consultation.
