75. The consolidated proposals contained in this paper and attached Annex will require amendments to the
Fisheries Act 1996 the Ministry of Fisheries Restructuring Act 1995, the
Conservation Act 1987, the Health and Safety in Employment (Pressure Equipment, Cranes and Passenger Ropeways) Regulations 1999, The
Health and Safety Act in Employment Act 1992, the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms (HSNO) Act 1996, the
Companies Act 1993, Design Act 1953, Gas Act 1992, and
Weights and Measures Act 1987.
