Development of Requirements for the Operational Separation of Telecom: Consultation Document

The Minister of Communications is required under section 69F of the Telecommunications Act 2001 to determine further requirements with which Telecom's operational separation plan must comply. This document and consultation responses are intended to inform the Minister's determination on these matters.

Request for Comments

The Minister of Communications invites written views and comments on the initial policy position outlined in this document to be submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development by 5:00pm on 27 April 2007.

The Ministry prefers written comments to be provided by email to operationalseparation@med.govt.nz.
