(21) LIANZA has no difficulty with the suggestion in paragraph 139 regarding provision in the Act for protecting against the intentional removal and alteration of content identity included in ERMI.
(22) LIANZA also agrees with paragraph 143, that the protection should not include tracking functions included in ERMI, for the privacy reasons outlined in paragraph 144.
