45. In developing this proposal the Ministry of Economic Development has consulted with following government departments and agencies: the Treasury; the New Zealand Customs Service; the Ministry of Justice; the Department of Internal Affairs, the New Zealand Police, the Ministry of Consumer Affairs; the Commerce Commission, the Ministry for Culture and Heritage; Te Puni Kōkiri; and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet has been informed.

46. The Minister of Commerce agrees to the submission of this paper.
