XIV. Amendment of Legislation
A Participating Party wishing to expressly or impliedly amend the legislation implementing the Arrangement in its jurisdiction in a way that potentially affects the operation of the Arrangement, should give notice in writing to the other Participating Parties not less than 12 months before the proposed date of amendment, advising them of the reasons for the Party's decision to amend its legislation implementing the Arrangement.
