52. I intend to make a press statement on or around 31 October outlining the key messages of this paper. I also propose that this paper be placed on the MED website as the Quality Regulation Review's First Milestone Report. The promotion of the Business Consultation website as the means for business to provide details of the issues concerning them as well as potential solutions will continue. Media advertising will commence in November 2006.
