Cabinet Paper: Review of Parts 4 and 5 of the Commerce Act 1986

44. It is proposed that the Minister of Commerce and Minister of Energy issue a joint media statement which outlines the proposed scope of the Review of the Commerce Act. In addition, it is proposed that the Ministry of Economic Development post the terms of reference of the Review (attached - Appendix 1, Appendix 2) on its website.
