Cabinet Paper: International Trade Marks Treaties Paper A: Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trade Marks

39. Submissions were sought and received on the discussion paper International Trade Mark Treaties, which was published by the Ministry of Economic Development.

40. The following departments and ministries have been consulted on this paper and concur with its recommendations: the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, the Ministry for Culture and Heritage, the New Zealand Customs Service, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Ministry of Justice, Te Puni Kōkiri and the Treasury. In addition, the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet have been informed.

41. The Minister of Commerce agrees to the submission of this paper.
