Post-Award Information and Supplier Debriefing
47. Departments must:
- promptly publish or inform suppliers that have submitted a tender of the contract award decision; and
- on request from an unsuccessful supplier, promptly provide pertinent information concerning reasons for the rejection of its tender or the relative advantages of the tender that was accepted.
GETS Post-Award Notice
48. Departments must, promptly after the award of a contract (whether or not the procurement was by open tendering), publish on GETS a notice containing at least the following information:
- the name and address of the successful supplier;
- a description of the goods or services supplied;
- the term of the contract; and
- the value of the contract award (determined in accordance with paragraph 11 above).
