P. Switzerland
P1. Swiss trade mark law provides for punishment of up to one year imprisonment or a fine of up to SFR100,000 if there is infringement of a trade mark right with criminal intent.
P2. There is also provision for confiscation of objects which illicitly bear a trade mark.
P3. There is also provision for Customs seizure of goods intended to be imported or exported which illicitly bear a trade mark.
