Commerce's Strategic Business Plan, including Strategic Objectives and the supporting strategies, developed in response to the Strategic Priorities and other drivers of our business.
The Key Result Areas - outcomes negotiated with the Government, which represent the major Commerce contribution towards achieving the Strategic Priorities.
1 yearThe Estimates - the one-year funding appropriated by Parliament covering Crown-funded services.
Milestones - the key outputs negotiated with the Government, which represent Commerce's one year contribution towards the KRAs.
Purchase Agreements - signed with each of six Vote Ministers, containing the milestones, other significant projects and financial resource allocations against which Commerce's performance is measured.
Branch Plans - the detailed one-year plans and strategies of the branches, which ensure the completion of Commerce's commitments.
