Article 9: Consultations


Full Text of the Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of New Zealand in Relation to Mutual Recognition of Securities Offerings

The Government of Australia and the Government of New Zealand

The Parties shall, at the written request of either, promptly enter into consultations with a view to seeking an early, equitable and mutually satisfactory solution, if the Party which requested the consultations considers that:

  1. an obligation under this Agreement has not been, is not being, or may not be fulfilled; or
  2. the achievement of any of the objectives of this Agreement is being or may be frustrated.
