Cabinet Paper: Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of New Zealand in Relation to Mutual Recognition of Securities Offerings

44. Once Cabinet has reached a decision on the mutual recognition regime for securities offerings, and the necessary approvals have been obtained in Australia, I will release a joint press statement with the Australian Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer to publicise the approval of the regime. This paper will also be published on the Ministry's website.
