It is purely an overview report and much of the information is based on preliminary assessments and estimates made by those who have provided information to us. Although we cannot vouch for the accuracy of the information, to the best of our belief, it gives a fair assessment of the potential that could be developed given the right conditions.
More work needs to be done to determine the potential that would be available from a technical and from a regulatory point of view.
The cost estimates contained in this report are mainly generic, based on typical industry indices and should not be regarded as precise.
