1. This paper discusses the outcomes of the Digital Copyright Review and recommends a number of changes to the Copyright Act 1994 ("the Act"). These changes are designed to ensure that the Act keeps pace with developments in digital technology and would in many respects make New Zealand's copyright law consistent with new international standards.
