Business Law Forums
Business Law Forums are part of the Ministry’s monitoring strategy. Their purpose is two-fold:
- They enable the Ministry to present information to users of business law on:
- areas of responsibility, structure and personnel of the Ministry;
- the Ministry’s business law monitoring strategy;
- current and proposed business law policy work programme and timetables; and
- They foster discussion of strategic issues and policy responses between an invited panel of distinguished speakers from New Zealand and Australia in topical areas.
