Biofuels Sales Obligation
On 3 September 2008 the legislation to bring into force the Biofuel Sales Obligation, the Biofuel Bill, was passed through Parliament. The Obligation commenced on 1 October 2008. The Biofuel Sales Obligation and associated regulations were subsequently repealed on 17 December 2008.
