The Ministry welcomes your views on the proposals contained in the Telecommunications Service Obligations (TSO) Regulatory Framework review discussion document, and any other related issues.
Below is a list of questions raised in the discussion document which may be a useful guide when preparing a submission.
The date when submissions are due on the TSO discussion document has been moved out to
5:00pm, Monday 15 October 2007.
Supplementary information in support of submissions may be provided by respondents after this date. However, there is no guarantee that such information will be considered in the Ministry’s policy analysis.

Public release of submissions: The Ministry intends to publish all submissions on its website. It will be considered you have consented to the publication of your submission, unless you have clearly specified otherwise in your submission.
Official Information Act 1982: Please advice the Ministry of any objection you have to the release of any information contained in your submission, and in particular, which parts should be withheld, together with the reasons for withholding them. The Ministry will take into account all such objections when responding to requests for information on submissions to this document under the Official Information Act 1982.
Privacy Act 1993: Any personal information you supply to the Ministry in the course of making a submission will be used by the Ministry in conjunction with considerations of matters covered by this document only. Please clearly indicate in your submission if you do not wish your name to be included in any summary the Ministry may prepare for public release on submissions received.
