• Guidelines on the Regulatory Impact Analysis Requirements  [ Published 31 March 2007 ]
  This document sets out the regulatory impact analysis (RIA) requirements, which were updated by Cabinet in 2006.
• Regulatory Compliance Guidelines  [ Published 03 September 2007 ]
  This document provides guidance on how compliance may be given consideration in the design and implementation of regulatory proposals.
• Guidelines on Assessing Policy Options  [ Published 31 March 2007 ]
  This document provides guidance on assessing options in policy development. It is relevant to all kinds of policy development - social, economic, environmental, and so on.
• Business Compliance Cost Statements: Guidelines for Departments  [ Published 15 June 2001 ]
  There is no longer any Business Compliance Cost Statement requirement, but these guidelines contain useful guidance on considering business compliance costs.
