Submissions closed on 30 March 2007.

Below is a list of submitters on the Transitional Measures discussion paper. If you are interested in reading any of these submissions, copies are available from the Ministry of Economic Development. They can be read free of charge within the Ministry at 33 Bowen Street, Wellington. Requests for electronic or hard-copies could incur a charge as allowed under the Official Information Act. As a result, the following list is not exhaustive of the submissions being considered by officials on the Transitional Measures discussion paper.

Please also note that parts of any submission may be withheld under the Official Information Act where submitters have indicated that information is confidential or commercially sensitive and the Ministry determines that there are grounds to withhold that information under the Act.
