Review of the Industry Capability Network
A review of the Industry Capability Network (ICN) was carried out in 2003/2004. It had two elements: an evaluation process which was reported on in September 2004; and a subsequent policy review reported in March 2005.
The review of ICN is one in the series of reviews of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise programmes required by Cabinet following the integration of Industry New Zealand and Trade New Zealand on 1 July 2003. A review of the implementation of Government Procurement Policy is being undertaken in 2005.
