The Ministry is interested in understanding the links between culture and economic performance. Work in this area began with a preliminary investigation into the theory of cultural evolution, and is ongoing in 2004/2005.

  The objectives of the analysis was to: Explore the theoretical background behind enterprise culture; Develop an understanding of culture and how culture bears on enterprise
