Summary
The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment is inviting submissions on the Review of the Royalty Regime for Minerals as part of the review of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 regime. The Crown Minerals Act 1991 sets out the legislative framework for the allocation and administration of all Crown-owned minerals.
